Scottish Thistle Compact Mirror A chrome finish compact mirror with a Scottish Thistle and Celtic Knots Enamelled design, complete with a snap shut clasp. The thistle is a traditional national emblem of Scotland as it alerted the Scots to an invasion from the Norsemen which they managed to ward off, all thanks to the thistle. The enamelling features a large central purple and green thistle surrounded by a celtic knot design on a black background. With two mirrors inside this compact is ideal for everyday use. The bottom mirror is a magnifying mirror and measures approximately 5.1cm, the top one is a regular mirror and measures approximately 4.7cm. The overall diameter of the compact is 6cm.
