My nephew has been using this net every day for about two weeks and it still looks brand new. This is contributed to the care he takes for it, but more so because of the durability and quality of the sturdy posts, well-stitched straps, and even the polyester net. The net endures constant sun and an occasional unexpected rain and the only part of this product that shows some wear is one of the ground pegs. Even still, the net does not budge with high winds or receiving the punts. We did put plastic caps over the exposed screws on the base of the net to prevent rust, but it may not have been needed. We just didn’t want to take a chance of them rusting being outside in the summer’s humidity.He has mastered packing it up and taking it down in just minutes, but help is needed. The pieces fit easily into the carrying bags allowing him to bring it to the park or a friend’s house with ease. If I have any concern, it would be the bags ripping over time, but let’s hope that I am wrong. We cannot comment on the rubber feet, but when indoor soccer season starts, we shall find out how they do.Being an avid soccer player, he does practice his accuracy using his non-favored foot, but now that he is giving punting for the football team a try, the majority of the abuse the net is taking is from footballs. Not having to track down his own punts or dragging his brother out to do the job, not only is he getting more actual time punting, but he is staying motivated.
