if you need a dual serial adapter for you last gen computer StarTech has a solid product. The PCI plate has a slight fold for rigidity. The only thing missing was a note that pin one is the red stripe. A quick Google search fount that info but it would been good to have on the package with the diagram of the serial shell pinout.
