My ignited stopped working and even with some fiddling with it, I could barely get it to spark once or twice. I decided to try this one and couldn’t be happier.The instructions are excellent and very well-illustrated. It came with two different types of the spark part, I assume to fit different grill models, and also came with an extra puss button.It was very easy to remove the old one and install the new one. This one installs slightly different into the control panel, in that the old one snaped in and the new one has a threaded nut that secures it. It is somewhat of a pain getting the nut to line up with the threads and go on straight, as they are only on the two sides where the clips were on the old one (you’ll understand once you see it.) Wish they had stayed with the clip design, but that also might be so that it fits more models.At any rate, it’s installed and works much better than any of the original Weber ones did. The spark rate is twice as fast, so the grill lights faster. Other than that, it looks identical.It was a great value and got my grill up and running again, so I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!
